They are all developed on the basis of the company's patented technologies yet they differ in internal structure for better adaptation to materials with varying properties and for larger scope of application.The energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly dryers have formed a complete range and become much larger in size.The diameter of the dryers ranges from1.5mto 5.2m with a capacity varying in a range of 10, 100, 300 and 500t/h.With a feed moisture of 30% (sign5%), the moisture of the dried product can be reduced to 12% ( sign2%) or still lower(adjustable).



When used for treating high-moisture sticky fine material(fine coal), the dryer can operate in a reliable and safety manner with a high evapora-tion and material loosening capacity and the material can maintain an unobstructed flow without causing any material arching or clogging nuisance.



This has led to the elimination of all the technical barriers previously en-countered in the process of thermal drying of sticky materials.
